Privacy policy

Draft for review. This policy has not yet been reviewed. Last updated: October 2026.

This policy explains what information Crash Blogs collects through crashblogs.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use one of our forms (book a call, market snapshot, or market waitlist), we collect the information you choose to enter. Depending on the form, that can include:

Our hosting provider may also record standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, and it uses cookies to do that.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about Crash Blogs, schedule a call, send the market snapshot you requested, tell you when a market opens up, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for others' marketing.

Who processes it

This site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are collected and stored through Netlify Forms. Netlify handles that data on our behalf under its own privacy and security practices.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to follow up with you and manage our business relationship, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights under state law. To make a request, send us a note through our contact form and tell us what you need.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
